FLEETMASTER SYNTHETIC CJ-4/SN 10W/40

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Fleetmaster Synthetic CJ-4/SN 10W/40 is a meticulously crafted diesel engine oil, utilizing synthetic base oils, designed to tackle the challenging operating conditions often encountered. This cutting-edge formulation, featuring exceptionally high dispersant and anti-wear properties, surpasses the API CJ-4 requirements. It has been purposefully engineered to meet the stringent US07 emission standards, particularly for engines equipped with exhaust treatment systems such as Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF) and cooled Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR), and operating on low sulfur fuels.

Fleetmaster Synthetic CJ-4/SN 10W/40 not only exceeds numerous international specifications for turbocharged and naturally aspirated four-stroke diesel engines but also plays a pivotal role in reducing soot buildup in the latest low-emission engines conforming to US standards.

One of its standout features is its unique formulation, tailored to maintain peak engine cleanliness in modern, high-stress turbocharged engines. It effectively combats bore polishing tendencies, curbs excessive oil consumption, and curtails premature wear.

The exceptional performance of Fleetmaster Synthetic CJ-4/SN 10W/40 minimizes the formation of detrimental deposits in critical areas like ring grooves and land regions, with special emphasis on the quench top ring belt zones found in “tight piston” engines.

Furthermore, the carefully balanced over-based alkaline reserve additives (TBN components) in Fleetmaster Synthetic CJ-4/SN 10W/40 effectively neutralize acidic combustion by-products stemming from sulfur content in fuels, particularly diesel. This dual action reduces corrosion risks to critical engine components and mitigates the otherwise catastrophic effects of these by-products on the oil.
