PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Hydraulic oils are meticulously crafted by blending top-tier mineral oils known for their high viscosity index and low pour point. These premium oils offer extended trouble-free service life and demonstrate remarkable chemical stability even in the face of demanding operational conditions. They provide robust protection against corrosion, are resistant to emulsification, and prevent the formation of unwanted, stable foam.

As hydraulic systems continue to evolve toward higher pressure levels, they allow for greater performance and the potential for reduced pump and equipment sizes. Simultaneously, hydraulic oils are tasked with the critical roles of lubrication, sealing, and cooling for the operational components, all while enduring rising temperatures, increased turbulence, and higher pressure levels. Given that pressures often surpass 7 MPa (1000 psi) and heavy pump wear can only be mitigated by employing oils containing anti-wear additives, hydraulic oils are meticulously formulated to meet these exacting demands. They are composed of paraffinic, high viscosity index mineral oils, enriched with performance-enhancing additives, including a zinc-based anti-wear treatment.

BENEFITS

The performance benefits of Hydraulic Oils include:

  • Exceptional resistance to hydrolysis, ensuring stability even in the presence of moisture.
  • Remarkable thermal and oxidation stability, maintaining performance under high-temperature conditions.
  • Effective demulsification and anti-foaming properties, preventing unwanted emulsion and foam formation.
  • Outstanding extreme pressure (EP) performance, safeguarding against wear and tear under heavy loads.
  • Excellent rust protection, preventing corrosion and maintaining component integrity.
  • Reduced likelihood of filter blockages, ensuring smooth system operation.
  • Minimized pump wear, prolonging the life of hydraulic equipment.
